Brother Guillame Investigates..

In matters concerning the Warhammer 40K Universe, Bill has uncovered some very informative articles by one Brother Guillame, Fabricator Scriptorum of the Inquisition Library, Stalynheim. Unfortunately, much of this material is classified but brave man that he is, Bill has chosen to defy the authorities and share these with us, at no small risk to himself. From the Scrolls of Wilhelm of Praag

Bill has also been most fortunate with regard to Ye Olde Worlde of Warhammer too. 

On one of his infrequent visits back to the hallowed halls of the GW Black Library, he came across a sealed casket tucked away on a dusty shelf. 'Acquiring' it purely for research purposes,  it has taken him some time and a lot of  precautionary measures to counteract the ancient and particularly vitriolic curses placed upon it.  

Upon opening it, he was both surprised and delighted to discover it contained several parchments written by the eminent Olde Worlde scholar and philosopher, Doktor Wilhelm Koenig of Praag. 

So far, mainly due to Doktor Koenig's atrocious handwriting and a mysterious recurrence of painful boils, Bill has only managed to decipher the first two parchments but is working diligently on the others.
