Kelmain Blackstaff
An albino Tzeentchian sorcerer of immense power and twin to Lhoigor. Both he and his brother serve as advisors to Arek Daemonclaw and they also had a hand in the corruption of the dragon Skjalandir. Kelmain carries a staff of ebony and silver which was found in ruins in the Chaos Wastes. Marked by the favour of the Changer of the Ways from birth, the twins were born with fangs and claws, ready to eat meat as their first meal.
